# shots

> Reference for the shots tool of Facecast: the screenshots of a kept recording, with every action.

The screenshots a person took during a take by pressing S. An agent can caption, star and order them, which makes a good summary of a recording.

Call it as `geenius_facecast(tool: "shots", action: "<action>", args: {...})` through Geenius OS.

## Actions

| Action | What it does |
|---|---|
| `delete` | Deletes a shot for good; confirm must be the shot's id. |
| `list` | A recording's shots in gallery order: id, atMs (time into the take), label (what was on stage), note, starred, url. |
| `update` | Changes a shot: any of note (a caption), starred (marks it for the summary), order (its place in the gallery). |

> Ask for the exact arguments of any action with `action: "help", of: "delete"`. The server answers from its own definitions, so that answer is always current.
