Most people who record themselves do the same two things badly: they look away from the lens to read their notes, or they memorise the lines and lose their words on take seven. A teleprompter fixes the first, and a good script fixes the second. Neither needs a studio.

We built Facecast around one idea: put the words where your eyes already are, and keep the rest out of the way. You write one text with topics, points and full lines. You read it as topics when you know the subject, as bullets when you want a nudge, or word for word when it has to be exact. The studio then does what a small studio does: a layout, a background, your slides on stage, a pen, and a take that is saved as you go.

What it is, and what it is not#

Facecast is a web app for recording yourself with a teleprompter, over your camera or your screen. It records in your browser and keeps the take when you say so. It does not edit your takes, it has no built-in AI, and it does not change your face or make a voice. Your own AI, Claude, ChatGPT or Grok, can write a script and caption your screenshots through Geenius OS, and it hands you a link: recording needs a camera and a person.

Part of Geenius OS#

Facecast is one of the external apps of Geenius OS, the workspace where your AI works inside your apps through one connection. It works on its own, with its own account and plans, and a Geenius OS plan includes it. A recording can be saved to your Geenius OS Media library, and a document from Geenius OS Office can go on stage.
